Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

Most items ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Because some pieces are made to order by independent designers, handling time will be noted on the product page when it differs.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard carriers. Delivery may take 7–14 business days, and the $75 free-shipping threshold does not apply — a flat rate applies to all AK/HI orders.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at support@earthwindfire.us with your order code within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll investigate and make it right.
